It seamlessly integrates inquiries created via email, phone and web-based forms into a simple easy-to-use multi-user web interface. It manages, organizes and archives all support requests and responses in one place while providing users with the accountability and responsiveness they deserve.  Information gathered by this system will be compiled into FAQ and knowledge base pages in the future.  After successful testing, the Support Center will be made available to our schools.  Try it today.  I really need your feedback as to how well it functions! </td>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are many reasons to properly &#8220;shut down&#8221; your computer at the end of your business day.  Leaving open windows on your system invites unwanted issues.  Computer reboots due to power outages and Microsoft Windows updates can cause data corruption when open windows are forced closed.  Running applications (open windows) can interfere with screensavers resulting in screen &#8220;burn in&#8221;.  Leaving the security cameras streaming when no one is watching increases band width consumption and &#8220;wear and tear&#8221; on the client system&#8217;s cpu and hard drives.  <strong>So, in short, close all appications (windows) when you leave your workstation.</strong>  This includes email, Timestone, Photoshop, browser windows, and UPS.  In the long run, you increase system life and save money on bandwidth, repair parts, labor, and our electric bill.</p></p>

<p>You have probably seen these before.  Both projects are based on proven platforms that have been implemented hundreds of thousands of times on the web.</p>

<p>I am pleased to announce that the implementation of Facebook, <a title="Grab our RSS feed." href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/BelmontStudiosSupport" target="_blank">RSS</a>, and Twitter auto-updating is complete. All posts made by the administrators of this site will now be replicated to our <a title="See us on Facebook!" href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Pelham-AL/Belmont-Studios-Technical-Support/310146075741?ref=nf" target="_blank">Facebook page</a>, <a title="Grab ouur RSS feed." href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/BelmontStudiosSupport" target="_blank">RSS feed</a>, and our <a title="Follow us on Twitter!" href="http://twitter.com/BelmontSupport" target="_blank">Twitter account</a>.  This is accomplished faster than I can send one email.   Special thanks to <a title="See reviews of his application!" href="http://www.facebook.com/BelmontStudiosTechSupport#!/apps/application.php?v=app_6261817190&amp;id=254577506873" target="_blank">Stephen Atty </a>for his help in implementing his brilliant piece of software for Facebook.  Until today, this technology was not available.  I believe it will have a major impact on social network marketing on the Facebook  platform.</p>
<p>This same technique will be implemented in the near future as we hopefully migrate our commercial web site to a new in-house <a title="Experimental Store" href="http://belmontsupport.com/store/" target="_blank">commerce solution</a> based on the OsCommerce platform.</p>
